Resin Injection

Broadlands can provide a cost effective solution to the cracking of brickwork and masonry. Cracked masonry can be stabilised with resin bonded stitch ties.

These ties are cut in to the bed joints either side of the crack, Reinforcement rods installed and fully resin bonded. The mortar is then made good to match. This method allows the tensile loads to be transferred along the masonry to minimise the development of the crack.
